The Story

Hands up who loves a lazy Sunday (we do!). We’re guilty of indulging in a late morning lie in after a hefty week at work and let’s face it, we can rarely be bothered to whip up culinary sensations on Sunday mornings.

Sayers Sister, also known as ‘Sunday Saviour’, has brekkie running till 2pm, woohoo! Thanks guys.

The queue outside says it all and when you get inside you’ll find a great menu and awesome service. No matter the length of the line, your tummy rumbles are kept at bay thanks to tasty baked bites that staff hand out to patrons as they wait.

We usually opt for the scrambled eggs, try them and you’ll see why. Simple, classic, delicious and a big ol’ hearty portion to fuel us right through the day. We’ve got our eyes on their waffles too - whilst we’re yet to try them, many a plate has whizzed past us, the perfect serving size for one serving and delightful accompaniments and compotes to boot.

For anyone celebrating a special occasion, or perhaps just looking to kick start their Sunday, there are Bloody Marys, Sunday Sangrias and Pimms to add a touch of pizzazz.

Fussy eaters you’re gonna like this place too! There’s an epic selection of sides to choose from including Paleo and Vegan if you’re that way inclined. In fact, you can pretty much create your ideal breakfast from scratch.

For those of you a bit fed up with you standard ‘muesli, toast and egg’ breakfast menus, this is your lucky day. Cornbread, croquettes, gravlax… and there’s plenty more where they came from.

If you don’t have time to dine in, then stop by for a takeaway coffee, nobody leaves empty handed - there’s an accompanying bite sized sample of the day’s baked goods for everyone.

You. Are. Welcome.
