A French feel, floating with chiffon curtains, jazzy vibes and visual quirks like long sausage dogs, this venue is frivolous and fun and we love it for nights out with the girls.
A hidden gem with a wicked vintage meets very cool feel.
Cocktails and chats on a girls night out. Reserve a tucked away booth and enjoy their cocktail selection.
The live jazz is what makes this place feel really special and it duets with the decor without missing a beat.
Hidden down a little laneway off Murray street, The Laneway Lounge is the sort of place you only find if you already know it’s there.
Stepping inside feels like stepping back to a different time, with a charming, elegant style, and smooth jazz tones.
The fit-out is warm and inviting, with a field of amber bulbs hanging above French provincial armchairs and sofas. Off to one side are three semi-private booths, framed by chiffon curtains. See! Very girlie!
At the bar you’ll find an impressive cocktail menu, with old fashioned favourites, and a few Laneway originals. I tried the ‘Lemon Meringue’ with a base of vanilla infused vodka and lemon curd, topped with a delicious vanilla foam and preserved lemon. One of the tastiest and most interesting cocktails we’ve had in Perth.
From the next room the smooth sounds of the live jazz duet comes through the door and adds the perfect amount of class to this cocktail bar.
Get the girls together and make tracks to The Laneway Lounge, you’ll have a great night out.
